Put Ferneau Seasoning on or in anything you choose. It has just enough heat to bring out the natural flavor of food. It tastes great on everything!

Vegetables
Sprinkle Ferneau Seasonings over fresh green beans.
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over freshly sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese. Top with Ferneau Seasonings.

Fish, beef, pork, or poultry
Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with Ferneau Seasonings, grill or bake.

Add Ferneau Seasonings to salad dressing, soups, meat loaf, and casseroles

* Remember after cooking any meat or poultry, let it rest five minutes. This will give the juices time to settle into the meat without running out onto the serving platter.
